Pin Point Presence provides digital marketing and online business visibility services, including:

  • Google Business Profile Setup and Optimization,

  • monthly maintenance and SEO strategies

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and lawful information required for us to perform our services.

You confirm that:

  • you are authorised to act on behalf of the business you represent,
  • all information provided to us is accurate,
  • and any content, images, logos, or materials supplied to us do not infringe the rights of any third party.

You remain responsible for maintaining access to your Google accounts, business listings, and related platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Google Business Profile Services

We assist clients with the creation, optimisation, and management of Google Business Profiles.

However:

  • we cannot guarantee profile verification by Google,
  • we cannot guarantee ranking positions, visibility, lead generation, or business results,
  • and we cannot control Google’s policies, algorithms, suspensions, or platform changes.

We only share information where reasonably necessary for service delivery or website operation.

No Guarantee of Results

While we aim to improve your online visibility and digital presence, we do not guarantee:

  • first-page rankings,
  • specific search positions,
  • increased revenue,
  • increased customer enquiries,
  • or any particular business outcome.

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control.

Fees and Payment

All fees for services are payable in advance.

Invoices are due and payable upon receipt. Services will only commence once payment has been received and reflected in our bank account.

Failure to make payment on time may result in the suspension of services until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.


No refunds will be provided once services have commenced or work has been performed.

All prices quoted include VAT, where applicable, and are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, materials, graphics, reports, and website content created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing and until full payment has been received.

You retain ownership of your existing trademarks, logos, and business content supplied to us.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms and providers including:

  • Google,
  • WordPress,
  • hosting providers,
  • SEO tools,
  • and related software providers.

We are not responsible for:

  • outages,
  • platform changes,
  • policy updates,
  • account suspensions,
  • or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

Use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies.

Website Use

You agree not to:

  • use this website unlawfully,
  • attempt to interfere with website security,
  • upload malicious software,
  • or misuse any website functionality.

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who misuse the website.

Limitation of Liability

  • indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits,
  • business interruption,
  • loss of data,
  • reputational damage,
  • or losses arising from third-party platforms or services.

Our total liability relating to any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PinPoint Presence against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • inaccurate information supplied by you,
  • unlawful business activities,
  • infringement of third-party rights,
  • or misuse of services provided.

Privacy

POPIA Compliance


We process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) of South Africa.

Termination

Either party may terminate services by written notice.

Upon termination:

  • outstanding fees remain payable,
  • and access to services or managed assets may be revoked until accounts are settled.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Updated versions will be published on this website with the revised effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
